Our past, ‘business as usual’ selves...
Business-as-usual-Melissa used to be in charge of spending millions of dollars to get people to drink more flavoured milk. She used to laugh with her colleagues about seeing her new products littering the side of the road because it was a sign that it was “popular”.
Business-as-usual-Adam used to scoff at suppliers coming in to present recycled plastic content for packaging solutions because ‘why would we change when there’s no cost benefit?’. He would develop products to meet cost targets without thinking more broadly about societal impacts.

After over a decade in FMCG marketing and almost a decade consulting independently, I bring a unique blend of expertise in business strategy, brand and marketing management, with a focus on authentic sustainability and challenging the 'business-as-usual' paradigm.
With 17 years of specialist knowledge in innovation, sustainability, and product development, I bring a pragmatic, systems-thinking approach to every project, leveraging research and experimental design.
The word people are most likely to use to describe me is: "quirky" (which I happily take as a compliment). I'm a mama to one, a wannabe regenerative farmer, and have an eclectic taste in music that's a mystery to most.
